Prototype, 2015
A take on the modern day sawhorse that is now more commonly seen in contemporary settings where the space functions as both a home and a workplace. The versatility of the sawhorse allows it to be used either as supports for a makeshift table, or for any other form of use in any settings. Made of cold rolled tubular steel for its structural qualities, it is strong enough to support one’s weight while
light enough to be carried without much effort. A folding mechanism is designed to be seamlessly embedded within the tubing, the sawhorses can also nest within each other or folded to save space when not in use. The object strives to be as elegant as it is useful.
